The inconsistent blogger
I have to admit .. I’m definitely an inconsistent blogger. I realize that it’s been over a year since I posted here …. and to be honest, I’m not sure I’ve moved much further than then in my spiritual life. I think about it … sometimes … but doing the action seems … hard. Work has been really hard this year, with a lot of turmoil in the executive levels, but we seem to have stabilized and I’m having fun there again.
Work is a HUGE part of my life. Being good at my job means a lot to me. I feel like I should incorporate my spirituality with my work, but I haven’t figured out how.
So for now I’m taking it slow … starting with a triple body breathing exercise every day. It takes about a minute to do, and I don’t need to be any particular place to do it.
So .. off we go again! And many thanks for my dear friend for letting my blog live on her site even when I wasn’t paying attention to it 🙂
